The vision of TCCP is to be used of God in His worldwide church planting and soul winning movement.
Our mission is to serve the church in creating saturation church planting around the world.
TCCP partners with churches in carrying out the ministry of establishing Training Centers for Church Planters.
TCCPs serves churches by training church planters of evangelical churches in a community.
TCCP trains the missions teams from partnering churches to establish and oversee the ministry in a country of their choice. We also assist the missions team in connecting with national pastors in a country of its choice. We provide materials for use by the missions teams and by the training center instructors and students, such as master copies of the Omega Course, student application forms, student fee and attendance record forms, and graduation certificates and materials. In addition, TCCP provides continuing support and advise to the missions teams as desired. The church mission teams train pastors in their chosen country in how to establish a training center, how to instruct the student using the Omega Course, and how to mentor the students. These pastors establish their community training center, recruit student church planters, and teach the classes. The missions teams and local pastors work together to sustain and extend the ministry of training church planters.

Focus on Forming Partnerships.
We believe in the synergy of fellow believers joining together to grow in service to God. "In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. In him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit. Ephesians 2:21-22.
We form partnerships with USA churches and link them in ministry with churches abroad. The USA churches prepare church leaders in foreign countries to establish centers for training church planters.
These foreign leaders from various evangelical denominations unite to establish training centers. As church leaders mutually work to obey the Great Commission, they experience an overflow of the love of God within them and between them. Without losing their own beliefs, values, and distinctives, the student church planters study and apply key principles and practices involved in church planting.
In doing this they are responding to the heart of Christ as he prayed, “I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. . . May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me” (John 17:20b,21 & 23b).
